Nutritious Special Food Recipe


The recipe is a sweet dish prepared with ripe bananas. It is very nutritious and healthy and is usually prepared by women following the Navratri vrat. Take a look.

Kele Ki Burfi – Nutritious Navratri Recipe
Ingredients:
  1. 4 bananas (ripened)
  2. 1 1/2 cup milk
  3. 2 cup sugar
  4. 2 tbsp ghee
  5. 75 gm fresh coconut (grated)
  6. 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

How to make kele ki burfi?
  1. Mash the bananas and cook it with milk until dry.
  2. Add ghee and stir simultaneously until the mixture turns brown.
  3. Combine sugar, coconut and walnut and stir well.
  4. Leave the mixture to cool and when dry, cut it into squares or any shape of choice. Tasty kele ki burfi is ready to serve.
